DAY TWO – AMANA’S BOOTH 1216 AT MIFB 2025 IS BUSIER THAN EVER!

🌾 Building on the excitement of the opening day, AMANA’s booth continued to draw a steady stream of visitors throughout the second day. Many were excited to sample the Floating Rice Noodles and dive into the fascinating story behind this unique rice variety from the Mekong Delta.

🌾 The inviting aroma from the tasting kitchen seemed to “hold people back” for a closer look and a taste. The atmosphere buzzed with friendly conversations with the AMANA team and a wave of check-ins lighting up social media.

🌾 Even though the story was shared on Day One, by Day Two, the tale of floating rice still surprised and intrigued many. Learning that the noodles are made from a non-GMO rice variety that grows with the seasonal flood waters—and can be easily prepared in various ways—visitors were quick to give them a try.
