\ud83c\udf0d GREEN STANDARDS ARE BECOMING A MARKET ACCESS REQUIREMENT
\nNext-generation FTAs such as CPTPP, EVFTA, and UKVFTA are increasingly linking trade with requirements related to the environment, labor, and social responsibility.
\nIn the EU, exporters also need to pay attention to a number of new regulations and requirements, such as:<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 CBAM \u2013 Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism
\n\ud83d\udd39 EUDR \u2013 EU Deforestation Regulation
\n\ud83d\udd39 Requirements on ecodesign, waste, and recycling
\n\ud83d\udd39 EPR \u2013 Extended Producer Responsibility
\n\ud83d\udd39 SPS standards and traceability requirements
\n\ud83d\udd39 Standards on labor, gender equality, and social responsibility
\nThis means that the requirement for \u201cgreener\u201d practices is no longer limited to the factory but can extend across the entire supply chain.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udce6 WHAT CAN VIETNAMESE BUSINESSES GAIN BY TRANSITIONING EARLY?
\nSustainable transformation certainly creates initial costs for businesses, including investment in technology, production line improvements, employee training, data collection, and management system development.
\nHowever, in the long term, this can become a competitive advantage:<\/p>\n

\n\u2705 Make more effective use of tariff preferences
\n\u2705 Increase opportunities to become suppliers for international corporations
\n\u2705 Enhance product value and reputation

\nWhen green standards are applied throughout the supply chain, logistics is also directly affected.
